Quarantine Shopping - Top 5 Online African Grocery Stores
It seems like forever that we’ve been confined to the four walls of our homes! Some of us are really excited to finally get back out into the world. I know I am! But as Maryland continues to lift up the stay at home mandate order bit by bit, let’s continue to use caution and be aware that all of our actions affect others around us.
While quarantined at home, we’ve learned new ways of how to work, play, and shop at a distance. Some things I became quite fond of (like shopping online) and some things I could do without (like working from home). One of the things I actually enjoyed was grocery shopping for African food online and discovering the up and coming businesses that offered these services. It was like finding a unicorn! I decided to make a short list of my top five favorite online African grocery stores and share with you guys. Especially my fellow Africans in places like Minnesota and Colorado where I know African groceries are harder to find, this one's for you. I’ve heard your cries through my Instagram DM’s and I sorry you, so I hope this helps!
(This is not an ad, nor am I affiliated with any of the grocery stores listed below. This list is a reflection of my personal preference.)
